Allie Hughes is a Niagara based entrepreneur with a global reach. Her digital agency, Hughes&Co, was founded in 2012 and has reached every continent with its diverse client roster. Focused on strategy first digital marketing, Hughes&Co is built on four pillars of service:

Through these channels the Hughes&Co team identify opportunities, solid up communications plans, build compelling campaigns and assets, and refine delivery through best in class and expertly optimized tools. It is truly rewarding work.

Outside of agency life, Allie maintains an active professional speaking schedule. Her talks are focused on active marketing solutions, women entrepreneurship, confidence in business and tactile deployment specific topics. She has spoken at INBOUND, Haste & Hustle, The Atelier Collective, John Deere, Halton, and more.

Allie also spends her time volunteering in a very active capacity for organizations she loves. Allie is the current Chair of the Board of the YMCA of Niagara. She is also the President of the Brock University Alumni Association. Beyond her board roles, Allie can be found championing for causes she believes in and engaging in critical activism for causes near to her heart.

At home Allie has two young children, and a partner with whom she chases dreams and is working to build beautiful and meaningful childhoods for her kids. Her family is passionate about travel, getting outside and maintaining close relationships with the people they love. Allie and her husband are also active investors in real estate, proudly building a portfolio of properties and businesses to create stability and opportunity for their family.

Allie has been recognized for her entrepreneurial efforts by a number of organizations. Her accolades include Niagara Entrepreneur of the Year, Niagara Top 40 Under 40, Women in Niagara's Emerging Entrepreneur and Brock University's 2017 Outstanding Young Alumni.
